Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, and a small amount collected automatically.
- Contact form. Name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the kind of help you're asking about, your message, and your preferred way to be contacted.
- Chat widget. If you use the chat widget on this site, we collect your name, phone number, and message through our messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), along with your consent to receive text messages and/or calls back.
- Automatically collected information. When you submit the contact form, we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address (not the raw address) and your browser's user-agent string, used only for spam/abuse prevention — never to identify or track you across other sites.
- Basic site analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information, to see general traffic patterns (e.g. which pages are visited).
- Spam/bot verification. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you're a real visitor, not a bot. This does not require solving a puzzle in most cases and does not sell or share data for advertising purposes.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the service, information, or quote you asked for.
- To send you the text messages, calls, or emails you specifically opted in to receive.
- To keep basic records of inquiries so we can follow up appropriately.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the contact form.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not buy, sell, rent, or trade lead lists.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from us (through the chat widget or another opt-in form on this site), the following applies:
- Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service.
- Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future text messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or call us directly at 319-300-2339.
- We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run this site and respond to you — for example, our messaging/CRM platform (GoHighLevel), our email delivery provider, and our web hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your information with any other third party for their marketing use, and we do not sell it.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and message history for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain accurate business records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your choices" below.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing [email protected], calling 319-300-2339, or reaching out through our contact form. To stop text messages specifically, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
Children's privacy
This site and its services are intended for business owners and adults, not children under 13.
