Lead Capture & Follow-Up
Turn website inquiries, missed messages, and form submissions into organized follow-up instead of scattered notes.
I help small businesses find the repetitive work
worth automating — and build the fix.
I'm Jerry Mak. I build simple systems that help small businesses capture inquiries, respond faster, summarize messy information, and reduce repetitive admin work.
The starting point is not "use AI everywhere." It's finding the repetitive work, missed follow-up, or messy information that's costing you time.

I'm Jerry Mak. I spent years in manufacturing, frustrated by software that got inflicted on the people using it instead of built for them. I've had a computer science degree since 2006, so I always knew the tools could do better — I just rarely had the time to build something custom for every situation. Sometimes I did anyway. Now that's the whole job: building tools that work the way the person using them actually needs.
In 2025 I decided that making content was a skill I needed, so I spent nearly ten months traveling through Mexico and Asia — shooting and editing a new video week after week, building my editing skills a little at a time and slowly getting over the fear of being on camera. I'm not a polished content creator yet, but I took the first step to fix that — you can see a few videos from the trip here.
A few examples of tools and systems I have built or am actively building.
